It is easy. Just click the pad that you collected rent from, and then select the Category, enter the Amount, choose the payment for, and click the Record button. You can print out the special designed rent receipt right now if your computer is connected with a printer. Or you can view or print the rent receipt anytime because EzMHP.com keeps all the rent payment history for every tenants.
It is easy. The tenants may pay their rents using cash or cheque. So the on-site manager needs to record the rent payment one by one when received, and a batch of the rents will be in the hand. The total amount will show up as Bank Deposit.
When the manager is going to deposit the collected rents, please click the Bank Deposit button, count the bills and coins using the built-in special monetory calculator, upload the image of the scanned cheques. As the counted bills and coins match the amount, the Bank Deposit button will become enabled. The on-site manager can click the Bank Deposit to lock down all the pads, and then goes to the bank to depist the collected rents into the park's account.
The on-site manager has to click the yellow Bank Deposit to confirm the deposited amount, and then the all pad will be unlocked. So the on-site manager can start to collect another batchof rents.
It is easy. You will have a test park with 10 pads after you signed up. You can add your office supervisor or the park manager by using the management tool. And then you and all your staff can practice in the test park until you familiar with EzMHP.com.
You can add new tenant in a vacancy pad, and set up the monthly rent rate for the new tenant.

It is easy. EzMHP.com has three ways to confirm the rent collection.
First, EzMHP.com shows all tenants' pads in different colours. Red means the tenant has rent arrear more than one hundred dollars. Yellow means the tenant has a rent arrear less than one hundred dollars. Green means the tenant has no rent arrear. The MH park owner can easily find if the on-site manager did not record the collected cash rent on EzMHP.com, just one phone call the tenant and you will get the truth.
Second, the intergraded bill and coin calculator can help the on-site manager to count the cash rent, also, the cash amount should match up with the current batch, otherwise, the on-site manager cannot complete the current batch.
Third, EzMHP.com designed a special bank deposit confirming procedure. A batch record will show in the Batch Detail list after the on-site manager deposited a batch collected rents into the park's account. The owner or the supervisor can check the batch detail and compare it with the park bank statement, and then confirm it to complete the batch.
